After departing Project Services, a business unit of The Department of Public Works and Housing, Leon established his Architectural Company, Terra Leoria Architects Pty Ltd (TLA), in 2013 on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. TLA can provide the full range of Architectural Services to their Client Partners; from the Preliminary-Concept Design, through to Schematic-Developed Design and Construction Documentation, and then to Construction Administration to complete the delivery and handover of the Building Project.
Preliminary-Concept Design
Master planning of small to Medium sized building developments including Scoping of the Works to develop a Project Design Brief, Concept design drawings in 3D Revit CAD & Cost Estimate arranged from a consultant Quantity Surveyor (QS) as required to confirm the Project Budget.
Schematic-Developed Design
Confirmation & development of the agreed concept design including detailed planning in consultation with consultant engineers & review of the Cost Estimate by QS as required.
Construction Documentation
Preparation of construction drawings in 3D Revit CAD, Specification & othercontract documents as required for the calling of tenders/ quotes for theconstruction of the Project works.
